Where will I meet my driver at the airport?
On busy days, we meet at Gate 2. If less busy, near Gate 4’s escalators. Our team confirms based on your arrival time. What if my flight is delayed? Private transfers are adjusted with no penalty. For shuttles, if missed, you can use the credit toward any of our tours—Santiago, Valparaíso, Casablanca, other wine valleys, or walking tours. If not, you can pay for a private transfer, available within two hours. How much luggage can I bring? One large suitcase (~23 kg) and one medium bag. Are transfers available 24/7? We require booking 24–36 hours in advance. Shuttles may accept last-minute if there’s space. What’s your cancellation policy? Cancel more than 72 hours out: no penalty, refund in up to 60 days. Cancel between 24–72 hours: 50% charge. Under 24 hours: full charge. What types of vehicles do you use? We have a range—from sedans and SUVs to vans, Sprinters, minibuses, and buses. What if I’m sick or have an emergency? Emergency cases can be reviewed. If it’s a change of plans, normal policies apply. |
