refund policy and cancellations

- Cancellations and changes must be requested by email or WhatsApp.
- More than 48 hours before departure: Eligible for refund or credit.
- Between 24 and 48 hours before departure: Eligible for credit or reschedule only.
- Less than 24 hours before departure - Non-refundable and non-transferable.

Flight Delays & Missed Departures
- Passengers are responsible for selecting a departure time that allows sufficient buffer for potential flight delays and airport processing times.
- If your flight is delayed and you miss your scheduled departure, the next available transfer will be the next scheduled shuttle departure, subject to availability.
- Changes are subject to our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
